You may have heard of panini before, but you have not truly experienced a panino until you had one at La Bottega. 

La Bottega of Oceanside opened its doors in September 2007.  Wilson Euceda a long time veteran of the La Bottega family joined up with his wife Kenia and her mother Maria Molina to begin their own new venture as restaurant owners.  Oceanside offers La Bottega famous panini, salads, soups and a full menu of Italian dishes.  In addition they have recently introduced Gluten Free Panini to their menu.
